I Wrote These Self-Help Books Because I Needed Them

I am not the author who figured it all out.

I am not the one who healed completely and then looked back from a comfortable distance with a list of steps for you to follow.

I wrote these books from the middle of the hardest season of my life — when gratitude felt impossible, when healing felt like something that happened to other people, when keeping my heart open felt like the most exhausting thing I had ever been asked to do.

So I started writing. Not to publish. Not to teach anyone anything. Just to make it through the morning.

Small reminders. Honest ones. The kind of words I needed when nothing else was reaching me.

That writing became three books.

Why I'm Sharing This Now

For a long time these pages felt too personal to share. They were mine — written quietly, saved in a folder, never meant for anyone else.

But I kept thinking about who I was during that season. The version of me that was desperately searching. Who picked up self-help book after self-help book looking for something that felt real — not polished, not performed, not written by someone who seemed untouched by life.

I wanted something that would just sit with me.

I never found exactly that. So I realized — maybe I had written it.

These books are what I wish someone had handed me. If you are in that place right now, they were written for you.

The Three Books

Grateful to Be Here — for the person who can't slow down inside. Who knows they should feel grateful but can't get there. This isn't about toxic positivity. It's about finding what's real and holding it gently.

I Am Safe Now — for the person who is emotionally exhausted. Who has absorbed too much from relationships, from life, from their own inner critic. It's about beginning to feel safe again — in your body, in your story, in your own presence.

Keep Your Heart — for the person who has been hurt and is quietly rebuilding. It's about staying open without being reckless. Protecting your peace without closing yourself off. Staying soft without losing yourself.

Here's What I Want You to Know

These books did not start in a studio. They started on quiet mornings, in hard seasons, written by someone who was still figuring it out.

I never planned to publish them.

But if they can help even one person feel less alone — that's enough. That has always been enough.

If any of this sounds like something you need right now, I hope you'll give one of them a chance.
