This year has been the happiest year of my life. That's exactly why I could finally write about the years that weren't.
For a long time, I carried seasons I didn't talk about. Seasons of emotional exhaustion. Of relationship patterns I kept repeating. Of losing pieces of myself and calling it love. I wasn't ready to put words to any of it until I was standing somewhere safe enough to look back.
In 2026, I wrote three books about healing and healthy love. Not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who made it through and wants you to know you can too.
Three books about healing and healthy love
Each book stands on its own. Together, they follow the road I walked: from surviving, to feeling like myself again, to choosing to stay open.
Grateful to Be Here For the person ready to slow down and actually enjoy their life.
This one is about learning to be present again. To stop waiting for life to be fixed before you let yourself live it. Because you don't need to fix your life to fully live it.
I Am Safe Now For the person who is ready to finally feel like themselves again.
This is the book about finding your way back to yourself after giving too much of yourself away. It's for anyone who has ever shrunk to keep the peace. Healthy love should never require losing yourself.
Keep Your Heart For the person who is ready to stay open and love life again.
After hurt, it's tempting to build walls. This book is about another way: protecting your peace without closing your heart.
Why I'm sharing my story now
I didn't write these books from the middle of the storm. I wrote them from the other side of it, in a season full of peace, gratitude and a love that feels like home.
That's the part I most want you to hear. Healing isn't a finish line, but it is real. Healthy love is real. And the version of you that feels safe, steady and open is not a fantasy. It's someone you can become.
If one of these books finds you at the right moment, then every hard season was worth writing down.
Where to start
If you're exhausted and running on empty: start with Grateful to Be Here.
If you've lost yourself in a relationship: start with I Am Safe Now.
If you're healing but scared to open up again: start with Keep Your Heart.
All three are available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback.
One small favor
If any of these books meant something to you, a short review on Amazon helps more than you know. It's how the right readers find them.
Thank you for being here. Healing looks good on you.
